Little Ships, City of London

As the housing crisis rages across London, there is under-used publicly owned land and buildings that could have new affordable homes built upon without losing the existing use, such as the airspace above car parks or smaller buildings.

Our audit of The City of London suggests that over 200 homes can be accommodated on underused council owned land without demolishing homes and businesses or losing playing fields and the countryside.

If we are to succeed in bringing forward affordable homes on these sites, we need to know that people want to live in them. Send us an email if you live, work or study in The City and want an affordable home. We will be in touch when we have the first project ready to go.

There is no commitment now, and we will keep your details safe.
