As the housing crisis rages across Camden, there is under-used publicly owned land and buildings that could have new affordable homes built upon without losing the existing use, such as the airspace above car parks or smaller buildings.

Our audit of London Borough of Camden's underused land suggests that thousands homes can be accommodated on underused council owned land without demolishing homes and businesses or losing playing fields and green spaces.
