Rea Way
This council building has a large car park at the rear that could have new homes built above it, only losing a handful of parking spaces. The local community are asking the council to transfer the land to them so that we can build 46 truly affordable homes.
The design provides lots of communal space for neighbours to meet and grow plants in their 'front gardens' and on vertical allotments to provide fresh produce for local people and businesses.
Send us an email if you would like to live in one of these or a similar home in central Birmingham.
